DOMESTIC SHIPPING
For domestic shipments, we typically ship via UPS or FedEx. If you need to receive your purchase within a certain time frame or from a specific carrier, please contact us to arrange appropriate shipping. Standard orders ship on Wednesdays and Fridays; please contact us if you need your order to ship immediately (fees may apply).
We fully insure the print while in transit. If your print is damaged in the course of delivery, please contact the gallery, and we will work with you to reach a solution.
We use the safest packing methods according to the size and condition of the print; smaller prints are typically shipped flat, while larger prints are typically rolled in tubes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We send all of our international shipments carefully packaged and fully insured with DHL. Due to the complexities of international shipping, we cannot provide automated shipping rates outside of the United States at this time. International orders will not be charged a shipping fee at the time of checkout. Please complete your purchase, and we will contact you to arrange shipping details.
Payment of the DHL transportation cost is arranged over email after purchase of the artwork and typically completed with PayPal. You will not be charged for shipping during checkout on our website. The international shipping fee arranged by Gallery No. 85 covers the carrier's transportation fees and insurance. It does not include any taxes, duties, or other fees as charged by the receiving country (including VAT in the EU). For your reference, Gallery No. 85's international shipping fees for artwork typically start at $30.
Please be aware that recipients are responsible for any taxes, duties, and fees charged by the receiving country upon the package's arrival. Gallery No. 85 is not able to provide estimates about your country's taxes and other international import charges.
By completing your purchase online and selecting international shipping, you are agreeing to these policies. If you would like to cancel the shipment after purchase, you may do so within 30 days of purchase before the package is shipped. Once a package is shipped, No. 85 is not able to cancel the shipment or issue a refund, regardless of the associated import fees.
